I Can Represent Your Side In A Transaction
Every real estate buyer has the right to be represented by a real estate agent. That often does not happen and a large number of real estate transactions take place where only the seller side is represented or the agent acts as a limited dual agent for both parties. When the buyer is not being represented in a real estate deal, there can sometimes be negative outcomes much the same as it would be in going to court without an attorney. It costs you nothing to have a real estate agent to represent you in a real estate transaction and you have the right to be represented on any real estate transaction at any time. Whether you see a sign on a land tract for sale, or see an ad in print or on the internet, you have a right to be represemted by a buyer agent.
